Story
Since 2006, Jerry has provided buyers, sellers, homeowners and real estate agents with his unbiased, professional assessment of the condition of thousands of homes. Jerry's many years of experience give his clients the benefit of working with a proven home inspector professional who possesses a wide range of skill, expertise and knowledge. Before becoming an entrepreneur, Jerry worked as an Electrical Engineer for a large semiconductor company in Austin, TX for 11 years.
Jerry completed extensive courses to earn the credential of Licensed Professional Home Inspector, License # 9102 and #9437 under the Texas Real Estate Commission guidelines. Jerry has also earned the credential of Structural Pest Control Inspector (Termite Inspector), TPCL license #13863 under the Texas Department of Agriculture guidelines. In addition, Jerry is a Mold Assessment Consultant and he has earned his Texas REALTOR license. Jerry meets continuing education requirements for all licenses and adheres to strict ethical standards. Jerry is a member of the Austin Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and InterNACHI (International Association of Home Inspectors).
Originally from Georgia, Jerry is a graduate of both Southern Polytechnic University and Clayton State College. He and his wife, Bonnie, are the proud parents of two daughters. Jerry and Bonnie volunteer with Austin Disaster Relief Network, Hope Thrift Store and Capitol Area Food Bank. This is Jerry's fourth year to be a mentor with Academy4. They have also participated in Toy Drives and Thanksgiving Meals. They have worked with missions in Mexico and have gone on mission trips. They financially support Austin Disaster Relief Network, Gospel for Asia, Austin Pets Alive and missions in Mexico.
