Payment is expected at the time of service. We accept Cash, Check, Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover. You can pay on-line with a credit card or you can pay the inspector at the inspection with any form of payment. Payment is required before you receive the report(s).Please contact the office to discuss Escrow Billing.

There are several factors to consider when estimating time such as size of the home, home foundation (concrete slab or pier & beam), is the garage attached or detached, is the home a 1 story or 2 story and the age of the home.

Example: A 2000 square foot home on a concrete slab foundation generally takes 2/12-3 hours or longer depending on the age of the home. If there any additional services being provided at that time such as a Pool Inspection or a Termite Inspection it will take a longer as well.
We encourage you to be present for the inspection and accompany the inspector. The inspector will show you any issues, provide maintenance tips as well as show you any unique features about the home.

We understand that everyone’s schedule does not allow them to be present. In those cases we will set aside time to discuss the report(s)after you have had an opportunity to read over them. Photos are always included in our reports.
When you call or schedule on-line there are several things you will be asked to help us determine the fee of the inspection. You will need the following information:

Square footage of the home.
Is the foundation a concrete slab or a pier and beam?
Is the garage attached or detached?

Additional items that we inspect for an additional fee are:
Pools, Spas and Hot Tubs
Barns, Buildings and Workshops

Travis and Williamson County:
If the home is on a lockbox, the inspector has a SUPRA key, just like the one your realtor has. The inspector also has a HUD key if the home is a HUD foreclosure. If the home is a new construction and is not on a lockbox, we will coordinate with the builder to let us in.

Bell County:
We will acquire a CBS Code from the Real Estate Agent.
