Winterization Service: We prepare a house for winter, by removing water from the plumbing lines and fixtures in the house, then adding low toxicity anti-freeze to fixtures, such as toilets, to help keep the plumbing systems in the house from freezing.

De-Winterization Service: We turn the plumbing systems back to a working state by bringing water back into fixtures and plumbing lines.

Note: If we inspect a home that we winterized then the de-winterization service is free of charge.
